Let us reveal how a 'Samba' is made: A soft waffle is covered by whipped egg white with sugar, mixed with a sugar syrup. Because of the heat of the syrup, the mixture of egg white slowly cooks and stiffens. Lastly, the cream kisses are covered with a thin flavour of chocolate.
