Together for more efficient transport!

Dear customer,

In these turbulent times where COVID is causing all kinds of disruptions and price increases in the market, we still want to continue providing you with the same excellent service. However, various raw materials and finished products were and are no longer available at certain times or have risen sharply in purchase price. Also, transport has become much more expensive in recent months, and not only because of rising fuel prices. Therefore, in order to avoid unnecessary costs, we will do everything we can to organise this transport as efficiently as possible. And we must do this together! That is why we are reintroducing the fixed delivery day per week.

We offer you 1 fixed delivery day per week. During the past pandemic, we offered the flexibility to deviate from the fixed delivery day. However, we now need to review our model and emphasise structure, regularity and automation. However, we also take into account that, from time to time, exceptional situations may arise whereby a delivery on the fixed, allocated delivery day is absolutely not possible. For these exceptional situations, in addition to the normal delivery day, we will also offer an exceptional delivery day in the same week, provided that there is a clear justification for the exceptional event. In this way, we hope not to have to increase the free delivery charge and to maintain our excellent customer service.

This change will be implemented in early June 2022. You will be informed of this change well in advance via letter, e-mail, representative, contact person, etc.

Golden tip: Try to order as much as possible in groups and in time to be able to meet the unchanged minimum amount and this towards your fixed delivery day!
